Over the past 5 years Breathe to Perform co-founders David Bidler and Lex Clark have studied the role that breathing plays in stress management, health, and fitness.
Our goal was to compile the information that we learned into a simple, easy to implement, program that can be shared with families, workplaces, and teams.
Over the course of 5 sessions we will show you the basics of better breathing and give you time to practice at the end of each session!
