Brazilian Jiu Jitsu for Kids

Join Physiology First University for access to the Athletics Department where you will find world-class Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Zoom classes taught by the owner of Stonecoast Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Shaun Durfee.

We have built a library of courses made by leaders in sleep science, physiology, breathing, and mindset, all with a focus around helping you navigate the challenges and opportunities of the 21st century.

Physiology First is a nonprofit organization that shares leading-edge tools to mitigate stress and anxiety and peak cognitive performance with students, parents, and educational leaders. Through PFU you will not only be supporting these efforts, you will have access to online tools to help you learn about yourself so you can feel and perform at your best. 

How it works....

  • Tuition is $20 per month for adults. (Free for kids!)
  • Your tuition supports our mental health education and outreach programs for youth
